UPENN换新网申系统，没法Track GT，成绩单

申了UPENN的MSE/CIS项目。他们去年用ApplyYourself的今年改换ApplyWeb。新系统还没完善，所以没法Track到GT成绩和成绩单寄送情况。
另外，成绩单必须从学校寄出去，我本来问他我可以不可以自己寄已经信封封口好的成绩单，回复如下。
In response: (1) & (2) The School of Engineering has initiated a new application system this fall and is still in the process of building the update page. The School of Engineering will communicate with all applicants once the update page is completed. In the meantime, you can also visit the admissions FAQ page http://goo.gl/PxwmF7, for additional answers to questions you may have.Other resources: www.seas.upenn.edu/grad, gradstudies@seas.upenn.edu.
(3) The unofficial transcript submitted in the online application is used for evaluation. The official hard copy transcript is used for verification;it is ok if it takes a while for the transcripts sent by the City University of Hong Kong to arrive.
