打算申请这个学校，但是竟然发现这个学校要财产证明，网站上是这么说的Please note, international applicants and applicants requesting consideration for a fellowship or an assistantship must also submit the following materials::
[*]International applicants should have a TOEFL score of at least 213 on the computer exam, 80 on the internet-based test or 550 on the paper exam, a financial certificate and supporting financial documents.
[*]For applicants requesting consideration for a fellowship or an assistantship: three letters of recommendation and a GRE general test score.
可是申请奖学金的怎么还能提供财产证明呢？而且很多学校在申请过程中也是不需要的，只是给了offer之后才要。
