哥大APAM需要master学位才能申请？

我刚在网申哥大的APAM项目，里面有一个说
Do you expect to hold the equivalent of a U.S. Master's degree by your starting semester?
You must hold the equivalent of a U.S. Master's degree by your starting term to qualify for this degree level. If you do not qualify for this degree level please click here to send an email to the admissions office for assistance.
然后我click了也没什么反应。。。
那本科生要怎么样才能申请呢，需要有其他的手续么，还是直接在选项里选no然后继续网申么？
求各位大神解答~
