关于cornell的degree requirement和选课问题求问

想问一下各位小伙伴们如果我想要往软件cs方面找工作靠的话，是不是可以Core Courses里面选4门12学分然后在Technical Electives里面里面全部选和cs有关的课，然后只要学分搞满30就能毕业。这里先不考虑cs热门课能不能排上号的问题。
然后就是里面还有一个这么一句话

• A maximum of Two (2) credit hours of S/U course work may be counted toward the degree if and only if the course is at the graduate level and participatory in nature. In general, these are mostly Seminar Courses.
  

这里的s/u course是个啥


还有就是如果修超过30个学分的话学费怎么算
