官网上似乎说如果不是4.0分制，成绩单就要wes认证
本着怕麻烦又想省钱的原则，我问了下小蜜：
Good Day!
I'm applying MS progarm in CS@ Columbia University.
I noticed that, if my course grades are based on a different scale, I need to convert them by an appropritate agency, such as WES.
My transicript is as follow:

All the courses are based on the scale of 100 point, but at the bottom of my transcript, there are official remarks explaining how my university converts the scores into 4.0 scale.

In this way, should I still convert my transcript thorugh WES?
