My status still shows Ready for Review. Should it be Under Review? I submitted before Nov 15 & haven't received my decision

we have more going out every day. There were nearly 3000 applicants by the first deadline.
虽然我已经无力吐槽这个真实性了，不过这周末应该能出完吧。。。
